Your invitation lists 3:00 PM as the arrival time, which is when guest seating will begin. We encourage everyone to arrive during this window to allow time for parking, getting settled, and finding your seat.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and we want you to be able to relax and enjoy the moment without feeling rushed. To ensure a seamless ceremony, we kindly ask that guests arrive on time, as late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate pause before being seated.
When you arrive, please follow signage directing you to guest parking. Our team will be available to help guide you if needed.
We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to park, settle in, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before the ceremony begins.

Arrival & Parking
Our wedding attire is semi-formal / cocktail, we invite you to dress in a way that feels celebratory and comfortable. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, with portions on grass, so footwear like block heels, wedges, flats, or boots can be helpful options — but please feel free to wear whatever you’re most comfortable in.
May on the Central Coast is a beautiful transitional time between spring and summer. Days can be warm while evenings may cool down, so bringing a light jacket or wrap is a great idea to stay comfortable throughout the night.
For those looking for a little more guidance, we kindly ask guest to avoid overly casual attire such as jeans, t-shirts, athletic wear, or tennis shoes. We also recommend avoiding bright neon colors, as well as white or ivory attire (including dresses, suits, or jackets), so those shades remain reserved for the bride.
We encourage a polished, cocktail-style look — think dresses, jumpsuits, button-downs, slacks, and suit jackets in soft, seasonal, or classic tones.
What to Wear
While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.
Each invitation includes a paper-clipped vellum insert with the confirmed guest names to help keep everything smooth and organized.
Please reference that insert when RSVPing on our website, and enter names exactly as they appear.
